Owner Alert is a free service provided by the County of San Diego to help property owners protect themselves against real estate fraud. This service allows property owners to sign up and receive notifications when a document is recorded with their name or property information. This way, property owners can be alerted to any potential fraud attempts or unauthorized activity related to their property.

What you need to enroll:

Go to sdarcc.gov

1. Your email address

2. Your name

3. Assessor's Parcel Number (APN)

This can be found on your property tax bill
