she was with me the entire step and helped me get through this arduous process. she would make sure all documents are in and sufficient before signing off on them. i would not have done this process without her and cannot wait to enjoy my new condo!

We had a great experience working with Tina Rogers. She worked very hard to help us find a first home that was just right for our needs. She has good local knowledge in the San Diego / East County area, with lots of info about the neighborhoods, local schools, amenities, etc. We were new to San Diego - didn't really know where we wanted to be - and she really helped us hone in on an area that was right for us. She showed us a good range of options, and 6 years later we have continued to be exceptionally happy with the home and neighborhood where we ended up. She is very personable, has a good sense of humor, was never pushy, is great at follow-up, and is a pleasure to work with. We found her randomly (via a sign), and were immediately happy we did, and over the months we worked together, we never had cause to wish for, or consider getting, another agent. Tina's great, and I recommend her highly!!

Tina helped us buy our first home in 2009. Our experience with her was amazing and she was extremely pleasant to work with. Not only did she happily show us homes all the way out in Campo, but took the time to go over each page of paper work with us (If you have never bought a home before, the stack of paperwork can be massive), and she responded to each of our phone calls in a timely manner. If you are looking for a real estate agent I highly recommend Tina Rodgers.
