There are some things I really like about AI, but talking to AI on the phone is not one of them! 😄 Most of the time, I just want to talk to a real person—but it seems like the wait to reach one keeps getting longer and longer. I will admit, if my request is simple, AI can sometimes make things quicker and easier. So, since we’re probably going to be talking to AI on the phone more often, here are a few tips that may help make the experience a little less frustrating. And one important reminder: Make sure you know who you’re talking to before giving out any personal or financial information! What’s happening in the San Diego housing market? The San Diego housing market continues to give us plenty to talk about. Recent market data showed increased home sales, more homes available for buyers to choose from, and a San Diego County median home price above $900,000. But here's what I think is important: the market can look very different depending on the neighborhood, price range, and type of property. If you're thinking about selling, don't assume that because you hear about high prices, every home will sell quickly or above asking price. Pricing and preparing your home correctly still matter.
